There’s no limit to how many Xero organisations you can add. Choose a pricing plan for each one or set up a free 30-day trial. When you add an organization and sign up for a plan, that organization becomes a subscriber. Xero offers discounts for multiple organizations when more than one Business Edition subscribes using the same email address. The discount is automatically applied if you use the same email and the organizations use the same country edition of Xero.
An invoice will be sent at the end of your monthly billing period. Payment will be taken on the date shown on your invoice using the payment details you provided when you signed up. If you have charges for Xero Payroll, Xero Projects, or Xero Expenses, these will be invoiced for the previous month.
